~ New York Comic Con 2013 | The Block ~

New York Comic Con 2013 | The Con: Part THREE of our NYCC 2013 coverage — This year Comic Con made an even bigger splash on The Block, a place where all the urban and indie artists shine in their own dedicated spot. From Kid Robot having a wall of live art going on for the entire NYCC to graff legend Cope and TONS of indie artists/toys, this was the spot to catch what’s new and hot. We had a few friends there from Argonaut Resins, Suburban Vinyl, The Jelly Empire and personal favorites threeA, Kid Robot, Ugly Dolls and Good Smile Company. The entire place was incredibly vivid (figure AND people) also a much more chill space than the craziness going on in the rest of the Con, it’s a place where you can buy a $3 Domo or a $500 vinyl figure. We were happy to see our friends and the incredible talent there, I hope you can relive some of excitement we saw by the pics below!.
